ONE major Hollywood star stunned fans with an unexpected appearance in last night’s Derry Girls.
The Channel 4 show is drawing to a close as fans discovered the first episode of its final series – with A-lister Liam Neeson in the line-up.
Nicola Coughlan, Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Louisa Harland, Jamie-Lee O’Donnell and Dylan Llewellyn reprised their roles as the third season of Derry Girls premiered last night.
During the first instalment of the programme’s final series, viewers saw Clare, Erin, Orla, Michelle and James get into trouble after a burglary took place at the school.
The teens, who are eagerly awaiting for GCSE results day, were hauled away and into the back of a police van before being grilled by an officer.
However, Channel 4 viewers were beyond surprised when they caught Liam Neeson wearing the uniform and questioning the teens about the break-in.
