Distracted BBC Breakfast viewers have a big complaint about host’s outfit

BBC Breakfast viewers were heavily distracted as they complained about a presenter’s dress code on the show.

Viewers of Sunday’s edition of BBC Breakfast questioned if there is a presenter dress code.

Taking to social media to complain about one host’s choice of clothing viewers called for them to wear shirts and ties.

The BBC flagship show was presented by two female presenters, Rachel Burden and Victoria Fritz.

Viewers commented on how great it was to have women leading the breakfast news programme.

But sadly their choice of outfits let them down according to the people at home watching.

Rachel donned a dark green silk blouse and a floral fitted midi skirt, with her blonde locks tousled.

While Victoria wore a black cold shoulder top with a pair of dark grey slim fitted jeans.

Viewers were quick to take to Twitter to question their attire.

One wrote: “#BBCBreakfast Distracted by presenter clothing. Is she wearing jeans? Just looks odd and out of keeping with the other presenter?”

Another wrote: “How comes she is wearing jeans? That’s strange. “

A third wrote: ” All female presenters should have to wear shirt and tie like the men.”

A fourth wrote: ” Victoria Fritz seemed to have popped in to present BBC Breakfast on her way back from the ball.”

A fifth wrote: ” Why is she wearing jeans to presenter the news? It’s so unprofessional.”

Back in July, BBC announced a number of new presenters who would be hosting the show, which came after Dan Walker confirmed his exit earlier in the year.
