A Passion for Animals
Dr James Greenwood, a practicing animal vet, author, and television presenter, has captured the hearts of viewers with his work with animals. Raised in Yorkshire, James developed a deep love for animals, which eventually led him to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. Over the years, he has treated a wide range of animals, from parrots to donkeys, dogs, horses, and even a two-day old baby elephant. As an author, James published his first book, For the Love of Animals, in July 2023.
From Pottery to TV Stardom

It was during his time on the show that he gained popularity and went on to star in the BAFTA-nominated CBBC children’s show The Pets Factor. James's on-screen presence continued to grow, and in 2020, he became the resident vet on BBC One’s Morning Live. He has also made appearances on CBBC’s Blue Peter, Top Class, and The Dengineers.
A Personal Triumph
Aside from his successful career, James has also found happiness in his personal life. In March 2023, he announced that he and his partner Mark were expecting a baby together. The couple expressed their gratitude towards their surrogate and her family, who played a significant role in their journey to parenthood. In May 2023, James shared the joyous news that they had welcomed a baby boy, Oliver James Titterton-Greenwood, via surrogate.
