Dragon’s Den investor Sara has dished the dirt on her co-stars competitive streak

During the past two years, the businesswoman has observed her co-stars, Deborah Meaden, Tej Lalvani, Touker Suleyman and Peter Jones, particularly when it comes to their competitive streak.

In a recent interview with The Express, Sara spoke candidly about the competition between her and her four fellow Dragons.

The TV star revealed Deborah especially loves to “lord” her big wins over the others.

“It’s horrendously competitive!” Sara explained.

“You get our genuine reactions to stuff.”

She added: “The worst one is b****y Peter Jones!

“When his gloves come off, you know they’re off – you can sense it because he’s getting further and further forward in his chair!

Sara admitted all of the investors on the show are competitive, herself included

Sara said Peter Jones is the most competitive investor when the camera’s are rolling

But while Peter may be the most competitive when the cameras are rolling, Sara said it’s Deborah who enjoys bragging about her big wins backstage.

“Deborah is the worst for [bragging],” Sarah revealed jokingly.

“She’ll be like the cat who got the cream.

“She will lord over us but to be honest, we’re all the same!”

Sara has built an empire that rakes in £34m a year and employs hundreds of people

Mum-of-two Sara caught the business bug while working in her family’s decorating firm in County Durham.

But it was while studying at university that she founded her own company called Crafter’s Companion – a crafter’s supply company.

After spotting a gap in the market, Sara created a product called “The Enveloper” – a tool that could create bespoke envelopes for handmade cards

Fifteen years later, the millionaire has built an empire that rakes in £34m a year and employs hundreds of people.

Sara’s net worth is reportedly £37million and her company reportedly turns over more than £25million.

In 2016, she was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the New Year Honours for services to the economy.
