It comes as they face rumors of marriage issues

Some even felt he was ‘mocking’ his wife

In the photo, 27-year-old Jinger is smiling but holding her head in her hands.

Jeremy wrote on Instagram: “How it feels when you lose a 45-minute game of Phase 10. You fought valiantly, my love.”

The picture comes after the Counting On stars found themselves at the center of rumors that their marriage is in trouble.

Some fans even feared Jeremy was “mocking” Jinger after she lost.

The Counting On stars welcomed their second child in November

“Poor girl looks exhausted. He should’ve let her take a nap instead of forcing her to boost his ego by losing in a game,” a follower wrote on Reddit.

Another added: “I truly believe that Jeremy is only on Instagram to mock Jinger.”

A third commented: “I feel bad for Jinger. She doesn’t even have another to tell her he’s an a******.”

Fans are concerned at how ‘exhausted’ Jinger has looked recently

The Celeb Report previously revealed how the couple are ‘hiring a nanny’ to help with the childcare

This week, The Celeb Report exclusively revealed that Jinger and Jeremy are “hiring a nanny” two months after welcoming their second daughter.

The couple had baby Evangeline Jo back in November and are also taking some time to work on their relationship during a “bump in the road,” as previously revealed.

A source told The Celeb Report that Jinger and Jeremy are struggling amid the pandemic with no family nearby and plan to employ the nanny to help care for their newborn and first born Felicity, two.

They are also parents to two-year-old Felicity

The insider said: “Jinger is especially exhausted, and Jeremy took time off work to help care for the children, but they are looking at hiring a nanny to give them some respite.

“Things have been difficult and they’re feeling the strain, but they’re doing everything they can to keep their family together, and also spend time focusing on each other.

Jinger and Jeremy married in 2016

“Jinger and Jeremy have started dressing up and cooking at home for a special date night after the girls go to bed, it’s become a cute day for them to reconnect every few weeks.”

The source added that although the pair paused their podcast to focus on their marriage, they will start recording again later in the year.

The couple have paused their podcast

The TLC reality stars launched their Christian show in June last year, The Hope We Hold, and have grown their following – with hundreds of thousands of fans downloading more than 30 episodes.

“They are still very much in love and divorce is not on the cards, they just want to work through things and come out of this difficult period together and stronger as a family,” the source previously told The Celeb Report.

Fans have accused Jeremy of ‘constantly interrupting’ Jinger

The insider added: “The podcast has been a huge success with hundreds of thousands of listeners, but they often have to get very personal and they want to deal with this time in private.”

In recent months, Jeremy has been received a lot of criticism from followers for the way he treated his wife while recording their podcast episodes, with many begging Jinger to leave him.

Fans have speculated for months the duo, who married in November 2016, may be having issues in their marriage.

One social media user claimed Jeremy is “constantly interrupting her.”

Another wrote on Reddit: “I don’t know what’s worse, him sneering down at her or the fact that she lets it happen.”
