FANS got a dose of Duggar delightfulness when Joy-Anna and her husband Austin posted a new YouTube vlog.
Viewers gushed that Gideon, three, and Evelyn, one, looked ‘so much alike’ as the video came after an earlier-promised social media break.
Joy-Anna, 24, and her husband Austin Foresyth posted a long YouTube video that gave fans a glimpse into their family life.
In the vlog titled “Happy New Year!” the Counting on alum started things off by lounging in a hammock with her companion.
“We got some warm weather so we’re gonna head to the park,” Joy-Anna said of the unexpected sunshine.
Meanwhile, her husband joked: “Turns out my wife’s not a meteorologist,” as Joy-Anna giggled.
The pair then woke up Gideon and Evelyn for some park playtime.
The foursome rode down slides together and seemed happy as commenters gushed over how their two children are growing up to look like twins their matching blond locks.
‘SO MUCH ALIKE!’
Fans loved the extended and unexpected glimpse into the family life of Joy-Anna and Austin, who share both children.
“Gideon and Evy are just as cute as can be. Seeing them always makes my heart smile. Thank you for putting a little Sunshine in my day,” one commenter wrote.
“It’s so cute that Evie and Gideon look so alike,” another chimed in. “Wishing you a year of peace and happiness, God Bless all 4 of you!”
A third wrote on the youngsters: “Evy and Gideon are so cute. My favorite part was when Evy was calling her big brother, that was so adorable.”
“Joy, you are such a great Momma! Your Babies are so adorable. I love seeing the videos of your beautiful family!” another wrote.
“Gideon and Spurgeon look so much alike!” a fifth commenter chimed in, referencing Jill’s son, six.
SOCIAL MEDIA BREAK
Although Joy-Anna gave fans a sweet glimpse into her family life, it was perhaps a surprise as she earlier teased a social media break.
The reality star took to Instagram in late December 2021 to say she’d be off social media for the month of January to “focus on her family.”

She explained in her Instagram Story that she wanted to “refocus, reprioritize” on her family and spend “quality time” with her children.
She hoped to “set the tone for the whole year” and start 2022 “off right.”
The TV star expected to “do some fun activities” with the kids.
She captioned the short clip: “Thank you for being here for us and for always checking up on us.”
Joy-Anna homeschools her kids and earlier, shared a sweet clip of them reciting the alphabet.
SOME SIBLINGS FOLLOW SUIT
While she was the only one to announce a social media break, it seems some of her other sisters have followed suit.
Jill, 30, has kept quiet on social media since early December, with her last post being a selfie and captioned: “So thankful for coffee from friends, walks in nature, food from family and friends and the many supportive messages and continued prayers.”
As for 29-year-old Jessa, her most recent post was on the final day of 2021, simply sharing a snap of her son Spurgeon holding a cookie.
However, some of the other Duggar sisters have been a bit more active, including Jinger, who has posted some photos of her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, as well as her various daily tasks.
The eldest Duggar daughter, Jana, increased her posts recently, giving fans a look at the family’s holiday party, weeks after she was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
HER BROTHER’S TRIAL
At the beginning of December, Joy-Anna’s brother Josh, 33, was found guilty of child pornography charges and taken into custody.
The son of father Jim Bob, 56, and mother Michelle, 55, had been arrested and charged back in April with receiving and possession of child pornography.
After the jury reached its verdict, the ex-TLC star could face up to about 20 years behind bars on each guilty count.
He is expected to be sentenced in about four months.
Josh’s lawyers have planned on appealing the case.
THEIR JOINT STATEMENT
After the guilty verdict, Joy-Anna and Austin shared a joint statement on social media.
The married couple wrote on their Instagram Stories: “Over this last year, as you can imagine, there have been a lot of unanswered questions in our minds regarding Josh.
“We were able to sit through the trial to hear the evidence for ourselves.”
They continued: “We agree with the judicial system’s verdict and we are thankful for the men and women who work tirelessly to protect children and help prevent child sexual abuse material.”
The duo – who previously attended the trial several times – concluded: “Our hearts break for all CSAM [child sexual abuse material] victims. We are praying for Anna and her children.”
Josh has seven children with his wife Anna, who supported him throughout the trial.
