COUNTING On fans expressed that they are worried for Jinger Duggar as the reality star looks “exhausted” and “unhappy” in a new selfie.
The photo was posted on Instagram after she gave birth to daughter Evangeline in November.
On Thursday, the 26-year-old shared a selfie that captured her smiling for the camera.
Her hair was pushed back with a thick orange floral headband, while she also wore a pink zip-up sweatshirt.
Jinger captioned the post: “Happy Thursday!
”
She also quoted Psalm 118:24, which reads: “This is the day that the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
Despite the hopeful caption, many fans took to the comments section to state they are worried for the Counting On star.
One fan commented: “You look great but exhausted, girl, give the kids to Daddy, make use of that big bathtub, throw in a bath bomb, sip on hot chocolate, relax, read, have some ‘you’ time
Then, crawl in bed and take a nap
It could be the filter, but ‘you’ time is a gift you earned Mama
No guilt! Just do it
”
Another person wrote: “You’re masking your unhappiness”
A third added: “You are smiling but your eyes show sadness. I hope all is well with you and your family love and light
”
Others encouraged her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, to help Jinger, as one person wrote: “JERM LET HER SLEEP FOR JUST ONE NIGHT AT LEAST.”
A number of fans noted that she appeared to have been crying, as one fan said: “This pic makes you Look like you’ve been crying.”
Another person added: “You look like you been crying are you ok??”
An additional fan chimed in: “Amen
… but are you ok? You look like you’ve been crying… or maybe you’re just a tired mama – either way; sending positive thoughts and prayers your way.”
Last week, The Celeb Report exclusively reported that Jinger and Jeremy are “exhausted and hiring a nanny” amid marital issues.
The insider said: “Jinger is especially exhausted, and Jeremy took time off work to help care for the children, but they are looking at hiring a nanny to give them some respite.
“Things have been difficult and they’re feeling the strain, but they’re doing everything they can to keep their family together, and also spend time focusing on each other.
“Jinger and Jeremy have started dressing up and cooking at home for a special date night after the girls go to bed, it’s become a cute day for them to reconnect every few weeks.”
