She finished off her look by styling her long blonde hair poker-straight and keeping her make-up minimal, complete with a fresh manicure.
The EastEnders star had headed to the trendy Little Nan’s Bar in South East London, where an array of quirky cocktail concoctions are served up in vintage porcelain.
Clair was seen holding a floral-print teacup filled with her chosen tipple as she posed with a pal, with an apt section of the bar’s eclectic Pat Butcher memorabilia seen in the background of the shot.
She then beamed for an image with Little Nan’s owner Tristan Scutt in a snap which also showcased the venue’s patriotic Union Jack flags and eclectic festive ornaments.
Earlier this year, the soap star was seen lapping up the sunshine on a holiday in Malta where she shared a glimpse of her trendy evening look with fans.
She donned a striking coral halterneck dress – which proved a complete contrast to her BBC character’s usually casual style with baggy tops and joggers.
The sleeveless design gave a glimpse at her glowing tan while she added extra elegance by styling her hair poker straight.
Clair finished off her look with natural make-up.
Earlier in the break, she stunned fans with a holiday snap showing her looking very different.
The star has played Bernie since 2017 but took time off last year to film her first Panorama.
The special was about the UK’s obesity problem and saw Clair break down in tears as she revealed she had been bullied over her weight, especially by other children at school.
Clair said: “This is probably where the name-calling would have happened. I don’t say it’s bullying – that’s my own personal thing.
“I don’t remember specific names, I don’t remember it clearly, but I suppose if it happens every day it just kinda blurs into one. My mum will remember more.”
Later, Clair spoke about her weight and eating habits.
She said: “What I’ve discovered is that mental health does play a big part and I don’t think I even realised, it wasn’t me just going home eating food, that wasn’t me just eating, it was me getting out my stress and my anger.
“Eat my feelings, eat my feelings, they’ll go away.”
