EastEnders Karen actress Lorraine Stanley looks totally different as she glams up for birthday brunch with partner

EASTENDERS actress Lorraine Stanley glammed up as she headed out to celebrate her birthday alongside her husband.

The 45-year-old, who is best known for playing Karen Taylor on the BBC soap, looked a far cry from her character as she sipped champagne at a posh sky-high London venue.

While her hair was in a trademark Karen bun, Lorraine opted for a much classier outfit – wearing a cream crochet top.

She was joined by her partner Mark Perez, who rarely shares the limelight with her on social media.

Sharing a picture as they tucked into brunch at Duck and Waffle, Lorraine wrote:  “Happy birthday to me (Thankyou for all my lovely messages,I read them all and they mean a lot)

She was inundated with messages from her fans and famous co-stars who rushed to wish her a good day.

Her former on-screen son Danny Walters wrote: “Happy birthday Loo.”

Maisie Smith commented: “It’s the birthday b***h”.

And Jessie Wallace said: “Happy birthday.”

Over the weekend Lorraine celebrated her birthday with a small bash at her house with her lookalike sisters Karen and Donna.

The house boasts a hot tub and it’s own bar so they no doubt had a great time.

Her followers couldn’t get over how similar they all looked, with some even branding them ‘triplets’.

Lorraine has played downtrodden Karen on EastEnders since 2017.

The single mum who rocked up to E20 with her children Keanu (Danny Walters), Keegan Baker (Zack Morris), Bernadette (Clair Norris), Riley and Chatham – played by real life brothers Tom and Alfie Jacobs.

The family have been embroiled in numerous dramatic storylines since including domestic abuse, poverty and racial profiling.
