EASTENDERS return date and new time has been confirmed by BBC One after the soap was pulled following the Queen’s death.
The show did not air at its usual time of 7.30pm on Thursday evening after it was revealed that Her Majesty Elizabeth II had passed away.

On Friday the BBC decided to resume its regular schedule, with one small change – that the London-based program aired on BBC Two instead.
EastEnders will return to our screens tomorrow, but not at the usual time of 7.30pm.
Fans will enjoy their next instalment on Monday 12th September an hour later at 8.30pm on BBC One.
It is the day of Phil Mitchell and Kat Slater’s wedding, meanwhile Mick Carter tries to persuade Frankie Lewis to go to the police.
Meanwhile ITV soaps Coronation Street and Emmerdale were pulled from the air on Thursday September 8th and Friday September 9th.
ITV then announced they would be airing the Emmerdale episode that was scheduled to air on Thursday tonight (September 11th).
The Yorkshire-set soap will not air on Monday at all, but soap fans can still get their fix of Coronation Street.
The channel confirmed that the Weatherfield-set series will air at it’s usual time of 8pm on Monday.
This will be the hour-long episode that was originally scheduled to air last Friday.
The TV schedule shake-up comes after the sad news of the Queen’s passing on Thursday.
Buckingham Palace announced in a statement: “The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon.
“The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.
