GRAY Atkins’ grasp on Chelsea Fox is tightening as he is growing suspicious of her behaviour.
The situation is taking a turn for the beautician as she could be drugged into staying with the lawyer.
Whitney (Shona McGarty) and Kheerat (Jaz Deol) are doing all they can to expose Gray upong finding out he was responsible for his first wife Chantelle’s death.
However, the complicated birth of Chelsea’s son Jordan has been a major reason why their plan has been slowed down.
But while Chelsea (Zaraah Abrahams) is trying to keep the peace whilst also setting her ducks in line to leave her husband, Gray appears to be closing in on her.
In an upcoming instalment of EastEnders, due to air on January 20, 2022, a deflated Chelsea will confide in her mother Denise (Diane Parish).

Assuming her daughter is simply overtired, Denise will give her some pills to help her sleep and recommend that Gray books an appointment with a GP to see if she can receive any help.
Little will she know this will only give Gray more ammunition against Chelsea.
The lawyer has already been increasingly suspicious of her behaviour prior to Jordan’s birth as he realised she had stolen jewellery.
Prior to these events, both characters will set out on their own quest to register their son’s birth.
While Chelsea will be determined to permanently cut ties with Gray, she will also try to do so on her own.
Meanwhile, Gray will be one step ahead of Chelsea when he will realise Kheerat tried to stall him by inviting him over to The Vic.
This will be part of Chelsea’s plan to give herself time to find her passport before registering Jordan’s birth.
And when she will finally be able to do so, Chelsea will be devastated and shocked to find out that Gray managed to go through with the signing before her.
Gray will even appear to be taunting her in a later episode of EastEnders as he will present his wife with a framed copy of Jordan’s birth certificate with his name on it as Chelsea is slowly losing hope.
