EastEnders spoilers: Gray Atkins controls Chelsea Fox after devastating shock about baby Jordan

CHELSEA Fox is left vulnerable as her husband Gray Atkins is more in control of her than ever.

The lawyer’s (Toby-Alexander Smith) grasp on his wife will only be made tighter following some disastrous news about their son Jordan‘s health.

The beautician – portrayed by Zaraah Abrahams – has been trying to flee from the serial killer after she discovered what he had done to his first wife Chantelle.

The complicated and premature birth of their son Jordan has made things harder for Chelsea, who has desperately tried to register the baby’s birth alone to cut all ties with Gray.

In upcoming instalments of EastEnders, scheduled to air next week (January 24, 2022), Chelsea will be prescribed anti-depressants from her GP, encouraged by her Denise to seek out help.

After deciding not to take the medication in order to breast feed, Chelsea is given the chance to unwind at the salon by Kheerat, while he distracts Gray by giving a lift to the hospital for Jordan.

But when Chelsea relaxes with a sip of champagne, she gets an urgent call from Gray who tells her Jordan has stopped breathing.

While with Gray, Kheerat tries to get him to confess to Chantelle’s murder but is interrupted by a doctor who urges the young father to make a decision: they can give Jordan a tracheotomy.

Gray agrees but becomes livid when Chelsea meets up with him and Keerat as he can smell alcohol on her.

When Kheerat steps in, adding that he paid for Chelsea’s session, Gray is fuming, scolding Jaz Deol‘s character by telling him he is obsessed with his wives before ordering him out.

Kheerat is left frustrated, believing he ruined everything.

Whitney (Shona McGarty) attempts to talk to Chelsea but the latter is firmly under Gray’s thumb.

Chelsea tells Whitney she no longer wants anything to do with her or Kheerat, putting an end to their plan to expose Gray for his actions.

Whitney unexpectedly received Kheerat’s help after finding evidence that Gray abused his first wife Chantelle for years.

He then killed her when she tried to leave him with their two children.

Since then, they have been desperate to expose Gray his actions but have asked Chelsea to keep the peace in the wait of the right moment.

Has Chelsea really given up on exposing Gray?
