AS Phil Mitchell’s prison sentence approaches and with his bullies roaming freely, Tommy Moon begins to act out.
His mother Kat Slater (portrayed by Jessie Wallace) is at a loss when faced with his behaviour in EastEnders.

In upcoming scenes of the BBC One soap due on screens next week, Jean (Gillian Wright) finds Tommy skiving from school.
When he begs Kat for some money for a school trip, Tommy is disappointed to hear his mother refuse.

Recent episodes have shown the young boy struggling in class as he has become the victim of bullies.
Unfortunately, the bullies are not yet ready to pick on another target as Tommy receives a message demanding money by the end of the day.
Later on, Kat realises Mitch Baker’s (Roger Griffiths) wages have gone missing.
With his request for money still fresh on her mind, Kat immediately suspects Tommy and confronts him.
The owner of Kat’s Cabs inadvertently embarrasses her son in front of his bullies, which could only make matters worse for him at school.
Despite feeling humiliated, Tommy denies he took Mitch’s money and insists that he is no longer being bullied instead of asking for help.
Soon, mother and son are at each other’s throats.
Tommy has been so preoccupied by his bullies, he asked Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) for his help.
But as the EastEnders tough man has found, he would soon be sent to prison for a long time due to the fact he refuses to become a tipster for the police.
With a life sentence behind bars looming, Phil felt notably pushed to end his relationship with Kat but was still ready to help Tommy out with his bullies.
However, spoilers have already confirmed Phil will struggle to keep his word.
Albert Square is also set to be rocked by the discovery of Tina Carter’s body, all thanks to Tommy as he will find refuge in the Argee Bhajee as he attempts to escape his school bullies.
But will he ever find it in him to ask his mother Kat for help?
