LINDA Carter is set to come back to the Square next week ahead of Tina’s funeral.
And as she squares up to Janine Butcher, an exchange with Frankie Lewis turns nasty in EastEnders.
The Carters get ready to give Tina a final goodbye and Linda Carter (played by returning actress Kellie Bright) couldn’t miss the event for the world.
But as her divorce proceedings with her estranged husband Mick (Danny Dyer) are underway, she soon bickers with The Vic landlord.
What’s worse is that he is slowly moving on from their marriage with the help of Janine (Charlie Brooks) – and Mick’s daughter Frankie (Rose Ayling-Ellis) doesn’t seem to be against the idea.
This leads to both Frankie and Linda to have a sour exchange of words in upcoming scenes of the BBC One drama.

Linda enters The Vic, hungover from the day before, and Frankie is forced to cover when she asks to speak with Mick.
But things go from bad to worse when Linda finds comfort in drinking.
The situation gets out of hand as Linda shares some harsh words with Frankie – and Mick has no other choice but to get involved.
When he overhears the commotion, Mick snaps at Linda, putting his foot down.
Later on, he makes a decision in matters of the heart, knowing he has to choose between his childhood sweetheart and his new love interest Janine.
But why would Linda have anything against Frankie?
EastEnders fans may know the answer but it could be because nothing has ever really been the same for Mick since he learned he had a long-lost daughter.
Frankie first stepped into Albert Square in May, 2020, and it was revealed she was Mick’s daughter, the result of child abuse.
Mick was just 12 years old when he was taken advantage of by Frankie’s mother Katy Lewis, who happened to be his and Tina’s care worker.
After finding out Frankie was his daughter, Mick accepted her into his family.
Frankie has since had a feud with her half-sister Nancy but has fit in well with the Carters in Walford.
