But in typical EastEnders fashion, their former lovers crash the ceremony. Will it go ahead without a hitch?

After jumping through multiple hurdles, including a stay in prison, the Walford bad guy portrayed by Steve McFadden is ready for a commitment of a lifetime with Kat Slater.
Coming up next week, the pair get ready to walk down the aisle but the owner of Kat’s Cabs played by Jessie Wallace gets a huge shock when Big Mo Harris makes an appearance in typical Mo fashion.
The worst is still to come for the lovebirds and their big day could turn into a disaster.
With the celebrations underway, the market traders surprise Kat and Phil but the former begins to doubt her future with her other half when his ex, Shirley Carter, has a word with her.

Kat manages to lay her fears to rest thanks to her cousin Stacey – little does she know that her former pal Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) is on a mission to get Phil back from her.
While Kat sports her white dress, Sharon hands Phil an old photo of them after some encouragement from her brother Zack Hudson and she tells him how good they are together.
However, Phil has made his choice and is adamant on marrying Kat.
Meanwhile, Zack overhears their conversation and jumps to the wrong conclusion that Phil and Sharon area ready to give their romance another go.
When Kat finds out, she storms over to challenge the groom who assures her he only loves her but Kat won’t hear a word of it and heads right over to Sharon.
But Sharon is only the tip of the iceberg for Kat and Phil as Shane Richie reprises his role to give the Albert Square baddie some competition.
In a surprise twist teased by EastEnders bosses, Alfie Moon jets back to Walford from Spain, begging his former wife Kat to reconsider marrying Phil.
Kat is furious and immediately puts him in his place, prompting Phil to square up to Alfie until she tells him she’ll meet him at the altar.
Alfie tries his luck again as Phil leaves but there’s no use – Kat forces him to go.
He obliges but when he returns to his canal boat, Alfie is surprised to see his twin sons, Bert and Ernie, snuck in his van.
Kat gets a call from Alfie as she speaks with Stacey and forces her to fetch their children from him which makes her late for her own wedding.
At The Vic, Sharon, Shirley and Kathy Beale all toast to no longer being involved with Phil.
But when Sharon learns that Kat is a no show at the ceremony, she gets another idea.
More tension ensues during Phil and Kat’s wedding as both Alfie and Sharon try to convince them they’re marrying the wrong people.
Will they pull it off?
Or will Kat and Phil finally be able to tie the knot in peace?
