The long-lost father of Sonia Fowler – who is played by Brian Conley in the BBC One soap – didn’t exactly get off to the best start when he arrived in Walford last month.

Sonia was mortified when she berated Dotty for pandering to an old man in the club, only to realise it was her estranged father Terry.
Next week, Rocky tries his luck with Kathy again but his attempts are to no avail.
Sonia interrupts to say there’s a leak in her kitchen and Rocky rushes to her aid, but Sonia isn’t convinced he has a clue what he’s doing.
When her suspicions are confirmed, Sonia ends up calling a professional.
Worried she’s hurt her dad’s feelings, she asks to spend some time with him.
Later in the week, Rocky steps in to help Kathy at the cafe and boasts to customers about his daughter.
Kathy is impressed by Rocky’s actions and agrees to take his number.
Rocky manages to ruin thing later in the week, however, when he’s late for Sonia’s father’s day lunch.
A furious Sonia storms over to the pub to confront her dad.
As sparks fly between Shirley and Rocky, Sonia accidentally spots something on her dad’s phone that makes her suspicious.
