EastEnders star Cheryl Fergison cancels live theatre show in Lancashire

Heartbreak for fans

An EastEnders star has left fans gutted after scrapping her live theatre show. Cheryl Fergison, who played the lovable Heather Trott on the BBC soap, was set to perform at Lytham Hall, Lancashire, on October 12.

TikTok announcement

Cheryl Fergison, 59, broke the news to her followers on TikTok, citing an "unforeseen circumstance" for the cancellation. She reassured fans that the show will be rescheduled for January and refunds will be issued to those who already booked tickets.

Previous struggles and new role

Cheryl recently revealed a health battle after being diagnosed with womb cancer nine years ago. Despite facing dark moments, she fought the disease and got the all-clear last year. Now, she's set to star in the pantomime production of Cinderella at The Cresset Theatre from December 14 to 31, 2024.
