Soap Star's Money-Making Scheme
Former EastEnders actress Cheryl Fergison, best known for her role as Heather Trott, is offering fans a unique experience for just £15. The ticket includes a Chinese meal and a two-hour singing session with Cheryl herself.
Menu and Entertainment
The meal includes a sweetcorn-based starter, a meat curry, and a choice of sides like sweet and sour rice or green peppers with black bean sauce. Diners can also enjoy rice, chips, or noodle sides while being serenaded by Cheryl at the Great Fortune House in Thornton Cleveleys.
Money-Making Ventures
This isn't Cheryl's first attempt to generate income. She has been selling decade-old scripts from her time on EastEnders for £50 each, as well as signed pictures for £5 plus postage. However, there are concerns that selling scripts could lead to legal issues regarding copyright ownership.
Desperate for Acting Work
In a candid social media video, Cheryl revealed her struggles with finding acting jobs to make ends meet. Despite leaving EastEnders in 2012, she emphasized the misconception that actors are all wealthy and shared her challenges of paying bills and keeping a roof over her head.
Soap Opera Legacy
Cheryl first appeared as Heather Trott in EastEnders in 2007 but met a tragic end in 2012 at the hands of Ben Mitchell. Despite her character's demise, Cheryl's determination to work and provide for her family continues.
