A MUCH-LOVED EastEnders star has proved a loyal fan of Comic Relief since the tender age of nine.
The actress, now 20, revealed a throwback snap showing them donning the charity event‘s signature red nose and a corkscrew-curl red wig.
They had certainly pulled out all the stops for the annual Red Nose Day fundraiser, even painting their face red, wearing a red top and accessorising with a polka dot bow tie.
They looked adorable as they flashed a smile to the camera, clearly proud of their efforts.
In their caption, they added the words: “Happy Red Nose Day peeple.”
The BBC One star, who has also gone on to find Strictly Come Dancing fame, can now be revealed as Maisie Smith.

The Tiffany Butcher actress left the BBC soap last year after playing her role for 13 years.
She quit last year, having been in the same role since she was six-years-old.
NEW START
Maisie‘s character was written out of the action three months ago but fans of the long-running soap will see her reprise the role for one more episode as part of Zack Morris’ exit storyline as Tiffany’s ex, Keegan Baker.
But she’s now moved on from Albert Square to rubbing shoulders with established presenters Alison Hammond and Vernon Kay on a new Beeb show.
The Strictly favourite has landed a job on Friends Like These, a remake of the programme originally presented by Geordie duo Ant and Dec.
Each episode sees two teams of five friends competing against one another in a series of head-to-head challenges in a bid to win a holiday.
While Alison and Vernon take care of presenting on the reboot, Maisie is expected to captain a team on the show.
A source told The Celeb Report Online: “Maisie has just filmed a pilot episode and it’s unclear if it’ll air but it’s a great sign she’s landing these kind of shows after Strictly and EastEnders.
“Everyone thought she was really great on the show – she’s so naturally funny – so it’ll be the first of many new jobs.”
The star, who recently replaced AJ Odudu on the Strictly Come Dancing tour, was all smiles as she left the pilot episode recording last week.
She even stopped to take pictures with fans waiting outside the studios in Manchester.
