EastEnders fans are used to seeing her playing Karen Taylor

In the picture, Lorraine Stanley, 47, looked worlds away from her alter ego Karen Taylor on the BBC One soap.

She shared a throwback to when she appeared alongside Hollywood star Tom in the 2015 movie Legend.

In the film – which is about the Kray twins‘ murderous crime spree – she played a barmaid.

Today, Lorraine paid homage to the role with a snap of her and Tom on the set in their costumes.

The actress wrote across the impressive photo: “Not a bad weeks filming on Legend.”

Before joining EastEnders as Karen in 2017, she enjoyed a varied film career, which included starring alongside Gemma Arterton in the 2010 movie Made in Dagenham.

Meanwhile, Lorraine is constantly astounding people with how glam she looks when she’s not playing Karen.

She also previously revealed that she’s lost almost a stone in six weeks after cutting out crisps, carbs and chocolate on a new diet.

Speaking to ITV‘s Lorraine, she said: “I’ve lost 12 lbs in six weeks, thank you. My mate Louisa is my fitness guru, I’ve got her to thank for it. She talks about nutrition.

“I’ve eaten a lot of boiled eggs, fish, chicken, no carbs. No crisps and chocolate.

“I’m enjoying it and I feel better for it.”

Lorraine also revealed that she’s moved out of London and to a bigger house in Hertfordshire since joining the soap.

She admitted that it has provided a better life for her daughter Nancy, and the family are in a happy place.

She added: “I have moved. I now live in Hertfordshire. It has a lot of things. I have a little girl, Nancy. She’ll have fresher air, better schools, less crime in general.

“It was a big move and I feel great, it is lovely there.”
