Excitement Unleashed

Speaking about joining the show, Toyah expressed her excitement, saying: "Wow Strictly Come Dancing, can you believe it! This is going to be a wild and wonderful ride, and I'm here for every sparkly second. I just want to get cracking and learn some dance routines now!"

Her announcement coincided with the reveal of opera singer Wynne Evans joining the show, known for his 'Go Compare' persona. This follows the official announcements of JLS star JB Gill, comedian Chris McCausland, and Olympian Tom Dean taking part in the series.

From the Screen to the Dance Floor

Toyah got inspired to join the show after watching her friend Angela Rippon in the live studio shows last year. With experience from her iconic role in the 1979 hit film Quadrophenia, Toyah is ready to bring her signature dance moves to the ballroom.
