The telly star, 31, hit a couple of pubs in the hip borough before getting a cab home shortly before 1am.
Fresh from a relaxing holiday in Marbella, Emily channelled a 70s style in a patterned crop top and high-waisted brown trousers.
Before climbing into the taxi, the group of friends laughed and wrapped their arms around each other.
Earlier today the comedian dazzled in her latest selfie as she gave fans a glimpse at her golden tan.
Emily kept her make-up palette neutral with a swipe of light pink lip gloss and some bronzer.
The TV beauty left her blonde tresses loose over her shoulders and subtly smouldered at the camera.
The I’m A Celeb favourite made the most of her time away and even managed to squeeze in a holiday fling.
She was spotted snogging a lad at Ocean Club, who has since been revealed as 22-year-old Alex Dabner, a trainee accountant from Birkenhead.
However, sources have since ruled out a romance between them, telling the MailOnline: “Emily is single and enjoying herself. She thought Alex was attractive and didn’t care about any age gap.
“She’s back in the UK now and has no plans to meet up with Alex, it really was just a bit of holiday fun.”
Emily previously teased that she was looking for a holiday romance, joking: “Lock up your waiters” when they touched down.
The smooch came just weeks after Emily split from her boyfriend Jude Taylor, who she was with for five months.
