EMMERDALE fans were left reaching for the sick bucket after a comment Mackenzie Boyd made to Charity Dingle.
The couple got married last month despite Mack’s sordid affair with Chloe Harris – the mother of his son.
Emmerdale viewers were left sickened by Mack’s comment to his wife Charity
Emmerdale viewers watched in horror during Wednesday night’s episode as the newlyweds snuggled up together.
Trying to ease his guilt about the affair, which resulted in baby Reuben being born, he referred to Charity as “Mrs Boyd”.
It may have been enough to fool his wife into thinking they were happy but fans knew better and were left nauseated by the exchange.
Posting to Twitter they couldn’t hide their disgust at the twisted comment.
One person wrote: “Mrs Boyd” alongside a sick emoji.
And another viewer added “I’m gonna be sick, pass me the Sick bucket!!”
It was a rollercoaster of emotions for viewers of Emmerdale and Mackenzie in Wednesday’s episode of the ITV soap.
People were left in tears as he had to say goodbye to his newborn son Reuben after Chloe made the huge decision to move back to Scotland.
The newly married Mack struggled to stay away from Chloe and their newborn son Reuben.
After making an excuse to escape from his wife Charity, Mack visits Chloe when she is on her own so he could see his son.
A worried Mack pointed out Chloe looks like she is struggling to cope and offered to help.
Chloe admitted she needs help but when Mack hugged Chloe to comfort her, a fuming Sarah walked in demanding answers.
Mack said he was helping a mother is distress, but agreed to stay away.
