IT’S a turbulent time for Emmerdale’s Jimmy King as he faces court and a verdict is finally reached.
Nicola thinks Jimmy’s first day in court has gone well, whereas Jimmy is actually shaken by the experience.
With Jimmy still determined to prepare himself for the worst, Nicola worries that he’s given up.
The next day, Mandy reads Jimmy the speech she’s prepared for the judge, he’s overcome with guilt and gratitude, and clumsily leans in for a kiss.
Mandy returns the kiss before they spring apart.
A mortified Jimmy is instantly apologetic and full of regret.
Later, Nicola tries to make Jimmy see that his flustered testimony on the stand was that of an honest man, not a practiced liar.
Guilty over his kiss with Mandy, he’s in turmoil as he rejects her positivity and goes to pack for prison- will Jimmy be found guilty?
