VINNY Dingle fights desperately for Liv Flaherty’s release from prison after finding out that she isn’t responsible for Ben Tucker’s murder.
But after hearing some devastating news about his imprisoned girlfriend from DS Rogers (Matthew Flynn), Vinny is willing to go to extremes.
Life in prison has been tough for Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele).
The youngster was arrested in December, 2021, suspected of murdering Ben Tucker.
Little did authorities know then that Meena Jutla (Paige Sandhu) should have been on their watchlist.
Thankfully for Liv, her boyfriend Vinny (portrayed by Bradley Johnson) has been convinced she is innocent.

And when he looked more into Ben’s death, the trail led him straight to Meena.
After narrowly escaping death, Vinny is more determined than ever to get Liv released from behind bars.
In an upcoming episode of Emmerdale, however, Vinny is distraught when DS Rogers informs him that, due to a lack of concrete evidence against Meena, Liv is not going to be released.
This is despite Meena confessing her crimes.
The evil nurse went on a murder spree and has made several victims which include Ben Tucker but also her former best friend Nadine Butler, Leanna Cavanagh and Andrea Tate.
Liam Cavanagh is also one of her victims as Meena took advantage of him while he was drunk.
Upon finding out that Liv is unlikely for roam free anytime soon, Vinny is at a loss and turns to Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker).
Manpreet was held hostage alongside Vinny by Meena and the serial killer confessed all of her crimes to her.
But Manpreet couldn’t be interrogated after her escape as she was run over by vicar Charles Anderson (Kevin Mathurin) and left in a coma.
Soon, Manpreet is horrified when Vinny pays her a visit and asks her to lie to the police, thus tampering with the investigation surrounding Ben’s death.
But will Manpreet agree to go along with Vinny’s plan?
Will Liv ever be released from prison?
And as Meena will soon make her return to the Dales, could the serial killer finally get her comeuppance?
