Emmerdale spoilers: Will Taylor panics as Dawn and Billy disappear from their wedding

WILL Taylor is over the moon as his daughter Dawn hurries off to finally tie the knot with Billy Fletcher.

But no wedding can proceed without a hitch in Emmerdale and the father of the bride soon panics over her disappearance.

Jumping through hurdles to be together, one of them in the shape of Meena Jutla (portrayed by actress Paige Sandhu), Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) and Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle) are finally ready to be husband and wife.

The event, due next week on our screens, sends village residents into a state of pure joy as Dawn makes her way down the aisle towards her other half, and on her father’s arm.

Excitement and romance are brimming, with Dawn’s father Will (Dean Andrews) being one of the main guests to share his happiness while the couple emotionally exchange their vows.

But as the guests make their way to Home Farm for the reception, a venue that was promised by Kim Tate (Claire King) of the big day, Dawn and Billy vanish into thin air.

Their absence doesn’t go unnoticed and, while at Home Farm, Will grows increasingly concerned about his daughter’s whereabouts.

Little do they know that the pair are in grave danger.

Kidnapped following the ceremony, Dawn and Billy are serial killer Meena’s new targets as they are held against their will at a remote viaduct.

Ready to get her revenge for being discarded by the Hop personal trainer, the sinister nurse smiles and taunts the newlyweds, holding them at gunpoint.

She goes on to reveal that she has a sick murder game all planned for their wedding, which she has tried to sabotage, demanding that Billy chooses between sparing his bride’s life and his own.

There’s a catch: if Billy can’t make his mind up, Meena will be murdering them both.

As Billy vows to Dawn he would take a bullet for her, come what may, an unhinged Meena points her gun and fires, shooting someone in the process.

Meanwhile, other residents slowly come to the dreadful realisation that Meena is back and danger is looming on the horizon.

Several lives are left hanging in balance as Meena is willing to shoot anyone in her way.

But what could Will do to save his daughter?

Is Dawn and Billy’s wedding going to end in bloodshed?

Will Meena ever be brought to justice?
