Emmerdale star Samantha Giles reveals she used ‘witchcraft’ to find dream man – and sells ‘love spells’ to fans online

EMMERDALE star Samantha Giles has revealed she used “Pagan witchcraft” to find the man of her dream.

The star, who plays Bernice Blackstock, says she created a “love spell” to find her husband Sean Pritchard.

Speaking to OK! she said: “I’d come out of a disastrous relationship and I didn’t want to be messing about with any waste-of-space boyfriends.

“I used pagan witchcraft and wrote down exactly what I was after and used candles and crystals.

“I sell love spells, crystals, stress busters and all sorts online.”

Indeed, the star has a dedicated website where she flog remedies for everything from exam stress to baby blessings with prices ranging from £8 she and £15.99.

The actress is returning to the Dales this summer said it was “fate” that he was returning to the hit ITV soap.

She explained: “I’m a big believer in fate so when Emmerdale offered me a chance to return I took it as a sign that it was meant to be.

“I’m delighted to return to play out Bernice’s future storylines. She certainly arrives back with a bang – that’s all I’m allowed to say!”

Bernice was one of the soap’s most popular characters when she was last in the Dales two years ago.

She had dumped GP Liam the night before their wedding and fled to Australia to look after her ex-husband Charlie, who had been in an accident.

The timing of her return is terrible for Liam, who is set to be furious when Bernice reappears this summer, especially as he’s now smitten with Leyla.
