While train engineer Hemi was impressed by the abodes it was one mystery house in Marshwood, Dorset that blew her away.
It was an 18th century converted chapel.
Built all the way back in 1740, the Grade II listed property boasts stunning views.
After viewing the property, Hemi told Nicki how impressed she was.
“[I] absolutely loved it. Just a beautiful property,” she said.
With a budget of £800,000 Hemi was eager to know just how much the house was on the market for.
She was left speechless to learn its asking price was just £650,000.
“I don’t believe it, I just don’t. I’m speechless,” she said as she became visibly upset.
Hemi was forced to walk away from the presenter as she tried to contain her emotions.
As she returned, she added: “It’s unbelievable, I mean the angels have really, they’ve looked after us haven’t they.”
While it’s clear Hemi instantly fell in love with the house, it remains unclear if she purchased the abode.
The episode ended as she had arranged a second viewing, which left viewers at home with questions.
