During an appearance on Lorraine, Fern clarified that there was no feud with Nikita, only a misunderstanding. She explained, "There was no feud, we had a misunderstanding - I was trying to explain to him, something had happened a few days before..."
Friendship restored by the final night
Despite the initial clash, Fern mentioned that by the final night, she and Nikita were friends again. In fact, Nikita even asked Fern for help with his exit outfit, showing that any tensions had dissipated.
Clarifying the age-related comments
The misunderstanding stemmed from Fern's comments about Nikita's age during their time on the show. She explained to the dancer, "You shouldn’t be confused. You never change your brain... We’re still in our heads 26."
