Ferne McCann has handed over control of the wellbeing business she co-owns with fiancé Lorri Haines, following her decision to step away from her hit reality TV show.

According to recent filings with Companies House, Ferne, 34, is no longer a person with significant control of the Shoorah brand, while Lorri, 33, now holds at least 75 percent of the business. Dr Neetu Kaur Johnson and Richard Thomas Wyatt-Haines have been appointed as new directors.

Shoorah App and Partnerships

Shoorah, a mental health app launched in 2022, offers tailored services for individuals and businesses. The company, with £185,000 in retained earnings, boasts partnerships with major brands like Nike and Securitas.

Goodbye to TV Show

Earlier in September, Ferne surprised fans by announcing her departure from her long-running ITVBe show, "Ferne McCann: My Family & Me," after 13 series. The decision was made with her children's best interests in mind.
