FIRST Dates star Cici Coleman has revealed that she was left feeling “embarrassed and vulnerable” when a man overstepped the mark on the Channel 4 show.

Cici – who has been a firm favourite on the show since 2015 – said that kind of behaviour would immediately signal “red flags”.
The online coach said: “Years ago, a guy asked for my number and I got really embarrassed as I wasn’t prepared.
“I was sat outside afterwards and I saw this guy walking towards me who I had just served.”
“He asked for my number and I went bight red and I was like ‘No, I’m the one who is in control here,” she told the Daily Star.
“Don’t make me feel vulnerable’. So, it was a little bit awkward.”
Cici explained that she understands that some people may say something “silly” or flirty when they are nervous – but said she always tried to be “respectful” in those situations.
“But I will always try and support the date and stand back and let that date happen, without trying to put anyone off,” she added.
Cici has been showcasing her incredible figure in a series of bikini snaps.
The telly favourite is now an online coach who offers workouts, nutritional plans and much more.
Cici has been busy working on herself and showed off the results earlier this month.
Sharing a snap of her in a leopard print bikini, Cici said: “Four months later, mindfully eating (aware of calories), back in the gym.”
Cici revealed her impressive weight loss earlier this year and has been working hard ever since.
The beauty moved to Bali last year on a “journey of self discovery” and often shares lifestyle tips with her fans.
