FORMER EastEnders star Patsy Palmer has been spotted looking unrecognisable as she posed for a glamorous magazine cover shoot.
The actress switched her signature high pony-tail from her soap days for a sleek blowdry, letting her red locks from down over her shoulders.
Patsy, 49, posed for the cover shoot on American lifestyle magazine 90256 where she discussed combatting stress with yoga and meditation.
The soap star stunned as she smiled looking into the distance, looking glamorous with a full face of make-up including false eyelashes and pink lipstick.
She kept it casual in a green t-shirt, accessorising with dangling pink feathered earrings and a number of bracelets as she posed in a flowering garden.
Pasty, who works as the magazine’s wellness editor after stepping back from acting, took to her Instagram to show off the stunning cover of the latest edition.
She wrote: “Keep the LOVE STRONG! Be brave, live your best lives and follow your dreams. Remember change is essential for the best outcomes in life.”
Fans and friends immediately headed to the comments to gush over the cover shoot, calling Patsy “gorgeous” and “stunning”.
Far from the streets of Albert Square, Patsy now lives in Malibu, California, with her husband and children Charley, 29, Fenton, 21, Emilia, 20, and Bertie, 10.
The star recently celebrated her 21st wedding anniversary with hubby Richard, where she was spotted looking worlds away from EastEnders’ Bianca Jackson.
Wellness editor Bianca had been friends with former cab driver Richard for 14 years before they tied the knot in 2000.
They lived in Brighton before moving across the pond in 2014 to set up home in Malibu with their children and dogs.
The family live in a stunning home with incredible ocean views – which Patsy posts regularly on her social media to keep fans updated on her life.
The shots give her fans a glimpse of her beautiful home in California, complete with swimming pool and amazing outdoor living room.
Back in 2017, Patsy – who has played Bianca Jackson on EastEnders on and off since 1993 – spoke to Lorraine about her new life in America.
She said: “I just felt where else would I go? I always wanted to go somewhere, and I lost my dad, I lost my stepdad, and I did have a lightbulb moment then that ‘this is it, this really is it’ so make your mind up, do what you want.
“The only place I can go where the kids can sort of have a nice beachy life is here because I’m an actress, what else do I do?”
Patsy – whose eldest son Charley stayed in England to focus on his own acting career – now works as a successful DJ but still manages to enjoy a level of anonymity she could never achieve back in the UK.
She said: “It was a little bit strange getting used to the idea you’re not ‘on show’ everywhere you walk about, you don’t have to be ready to speak to someone about EastEnders.
“You can go out and just completely be yourself, it’s kind of weird, it is something you probably need therapy for, though I haven’t gone down that route since I’ve been here but everyone does.”
