Praying for no height challenges

REVEREND Richard Coles is gearing up for his I'm A Celebrity stint, but he's dreading any challenges at height. The former pop star and vicar, 62, admitted that he is terrified of heights and will be relying on his faith to get him through the tasks.

Latecomer to the jungle

Rev Richard Coles will be entering the jungle as a latecomer alongside former Love Island star Maura Higgins, 33, in tomorrow night's episode. Despite his fears, he is looking forward to shedding some pounds during his time on the show.

Facing fears and shedding pounds

Confessing his biggest fears, Richard shared, "Anything up high. I actually froze with fear on the stepladder the other day." He joked about slimming down for the jungle, saying, "My run-up to the show was going on a cruise, so I've been on a 5,000 calories a day diet. So I think I'm already fatter since my measurements the day before yesterday."

Snoring competition in camp

As the campmates settle in, Richard revealed that he might be the one causing a disturbance with his snoring. He also shared his pet peeves, saying, "Sniffing. I'm not naturally a patient person, but being a vicar taught me to be patient."
