A FORMER Towie star has shown off his incredible body transformation eight years after quitting the show.

Reality star Ricky Rayment, 32, not only appeared on Towie but he was also a regular on Geordie Shore and had a whirlwind romance with Marnie Simpson in 2015.

Now, the star has snapped a mirror selfie showing off his chiselled physique in a topless selfie.

Ricky could be seen smiling at the camera as he posed with his abs on display.

The 32-year-old told fans: “Can’t wait to get back in that gym tomoro babyyyyy.”

Ricky often shares updates with his 249,000 Instagram followers, including a recent topless photo as he got stuck into his new career as a fisherman.

The reality star has also previously revealed that he grows a beard to cover up his hair loss.

Last year, he opened up about living with the hair loss condition, alopecia, and showed some patches of hair loss from his beard.

He said on Instagram: “Embracing my alopecia! I normally always have a beard to try and hide it but I thought f**k it, who cares!!

“I know it’s only a few patches and people suffer a lot worse than me but it is something that I’m very self conscious about.

“So I thought I’d do a post about it so that maybe it would help other sufferers embrace it and say the same as me: F U Alopecia!!

“Who cares, we living babyyyy! let’s get it champs, the show goes on.”

Off the back of his brush with reality TV, Ricky has since stepped away from the limelight – and now works as a fisherman full time.

Running his own angling business, Ricky has been showing off his skills on the lakes with Instagram accounts boasting his fresh catches.

He also runs Filthy Hooker, an apparel line dedicated to making those who fish do so with style.

The star has even appeared on the cover of Angling Times and competed on ITV4’s The Big Fish Off.

Ricky has admitted he does miss his days on the telly, however.

“If I watch it or someone sends me a picture of an old episode I think, ‘Aw, I really miss that’,” he said in an interview with a fishing magazine.
