Furious This Morning fans blast show for massive Long Lost Family spoiler

THIS Morning fans blasted the show for spoiling the ending of tonight’s Long Lost Family episode.

Hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary interviewed a family, which included guest Sarah Hathaway, whose family history was directed during the five minute segment.

It’s ahead of tonight’s emotional family reunion show returns with hosts Davina McCall and Nicky Campbell.

They meet Sarah Hathaway, who lost her adoptive mother and older brother in the space of just a year.

Elsewhere, Diane Kerridge shares her story of being forced to give up the child she gave birth to as a teenager in the 1960s.

But This Morning viewers noticed that Alison and Dermot’s line of questioning gave everything away.

One This Morning viewer fumed: “Long Lost Family…TOTALLY ruined now…discuss it AFTER its shown NOT before….idiots !!!”

Another said: “They always spoil the outcome of programmes on here #ThisMorning.”

Someone else asked: “Why didn’t they show this story tomorrow!?”

A fan commented: “Well we don’t need to watch Long Lost Family tonight now do we?”

Another agreed: “There’s no point in watching Long Lost Family if we know what’s gonna happen.”

Sarah explained during her This Morning appearance: “I had my mother’s marriage certificate sent to me in February this year. From there it was a whirlwind.”

Dermot asked: “You always thought she had a different name?”

Sarah continued: “Yes. Basically I was told that she was Sarah Williams on my birth certificate, but she was Sally and that’s what she had that on all her documentation.”

Alison then said: “And that changed everything? And you discovered you have siblings,” before introducing her biological brother and sister – Kerry and Dean.

The family history was fully exposed during the segment on the daytime TV show, leaving fans who’d planned to watch tonight, frustrated.
