GAVIN and Stacey, The Crown and Killy Eve actors have all joined forces for new dark BBC drama, The Way.
Fans may identify a few TV icons on the cast, including Steffan Rhodri, Danny Sapani, Martin Lewis Jones, Erin Richards, and Luke Evans.

The three-part drama depicts the tale of a regular family who becomes involved in a remarkable series of events that spread beyond their hometown.
Gavin and Stacey David “Coaches” actor Steffan Rhodri will play one of the members of the Driscoll family.
Gavin and Stacey fans will know him as the lovable coach driver who ends up stealing Nessa’s heart.
Danny Sapani who fans will know as Jamie Hayward in Killing Eve will also play a key role across the series.
Joining him is The Crown‘s Edward Millward actor, Mark Lewis Jones and Kelly Fisher actress, Erin Richards.
Luke Evans, best known for his role in the legendary ITV drama The Pembrokeshire Murders, as well as other Hollywood films, will play Hogwood, a mercenary on the trail of the Driscolls.
The synopsis reads: “Ambitious, powerful and surprising, The Way taps into the social and political chaos of today’s world by imagining a civil uprising which begins in a small industrial town. Fleeing unrest, The Driscolls are forced to escape the country they’ve always called home and the certainties of their old lives.
“Will they be overwhelmed by their memories of the past, or will they lay their ghosts to rest and take the risk of an unknown future? The Way is an emotional and darkly humorous story about what it means to be faced with impossible choices.”
Director, co-creator and executive producer Michael Sheen said: “I feel very lucky to get to work every day with these phenomenal actors. We’ve always had so much acting talent here in Wales and I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to tell this extraordinary story with the very best at work today.”

The Way was co-commissioned with BBC Cymru Wales and will air on BBC One and iPlayer.
