GEMMA Collins went make-up free as she ran errands with a friend yesterday.
The 41-year-old showed off her natural beauty and casual sense of style in a cream tracksuit and overcoat while out and about in Essex.
She headed to have an eyebrow treatment before enjoying a Turkish meal with her pal.
The star has recently embraced a more natural look after turning 40 and has ditched her previous cosmetic procedures.
The former Towie star previously revealed: “When I turned 40 I took a look in the mirror and thought: ‘I’m getting this all dissolved.’ Because I don’t want to look like anyone else. I want to look like me again. I don’t want big pumped up lips. I want to look feminine.
“Sometimes people take their faces to a point where they can look very masculine. There’s nothing wrong with that – each to their own – but I shouldn’t be conforming.”
Gemma’s day out comes after she opened up her secret battle with self-harming in a new Channel 4 documentary.
She revealed she hid her secret for so long is because she feared she’d be “locked up forever” in a “mental asylum”.
Gemma explained that she would wear long sleeves to hide the marks on her arms so teachers and friends never found out.
The TV star said: “I hid it so well. I didn’t do it every day or every week – it was every couple of months.
“But when I did do it, I knew how to cover it up. When I felt pressured I just would cut myself and feel fine again. It was always on my arm and I would feel like the stress had gone.
“But I never ever understood why I did it. People don’t self-harm because they want to kill themselves. It’s really complex.”
