LOVE Island fans are convinced Gemma Owen secretly hates Luca Bish – despite being coupled up with him throughout the series.
The 19-year-old dressage rider and fishmonger, 23, came second in the competition but those watching at home think they spotted a series of clues revealing her true feelings.

Taking to Twitter to discuss the wild theory, one person said: “I don’t understand what would make anyone wanna vote for a Gemma and Luca. They have 0 chemistry and she secretly hates him #LoveIsland.”
A second claimed: “I am not remotely moved by Gemma and Luca – she hates him deep down CYA #loveisland.”
While a third speculated: “That was so awkward, Gemma and Luca are the most forced couple Idc 
Gemma hates him #LoveIsland.”
Throughout the series Gemma and Luca’s romance has divided fans, with fans questioning Luca’s behaviour and motive for being with her.
The couple came second to Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti but fans already think there is trouble in paradise.
As the Love Island finalists lined up on Monday night, viewers couldn’t help but notice Gemma‘s ‘fed-up’ expression.
It comes just days after Gemma admitted having secret doubts about her relationship.
Gemma brought up their bickering and fears about how they’ll cope on the outside during a romantic lunch.
Gemma asked him: “Do you think we’ll have any massive challenges on the outside?”
Luca replied: “I don’t think there will be. I’m hoping there won’t be.”
And last night a telling sign on Gemma’s Instagram account, run by her management team, sparked speculation about more issues.
Rather than posting the traditional couple shot from the ITV2 hit’s finale, like most finalists’ social media accounts did, Gemma’s team only posted a picture of Gemma on her own.
And even more tellingly, the caption did not make any reference to Luca at all.
In fact, it specifically mentioned #TeamGemma, which was taken as a thinly-veiled dig at Luca, who has attracted a backlash for his ‘controlling’ and ‘bullying’ behaviour in the villa.
The post featured a shot of Gemma wearing the brown slip dress from her final date with Luca, but without her other half in the shot.
