GOOD Morning Britain viewers moaned about Richard Madeley today when he interviewed Ant Middleton and failed to ask him about his exit from SAS: Who Dares Wins.
Ant left the show last year after four women accused him of making “lewd and suggestive comments” on set.
Ant, 41, slammed toxic social media and bad parenting mistakes during his first GMB interview since his axe from the Channel 4 series, and he heavily promoted his new book, Mental Fitness.
But his appearance left viewers fuming as they accused hosts Richard and Ranvir Singh of “fawning” over him despite his past controversies.
Taking to Twitter, one said: “but Ant, just tell us why you thought corona was nothing?”
Another said: “Ant knows all about “making mistakes” Shame the interviewers didn’t ask him about his biggest one”
A third said: “Ant Middleton was dropped by Ch4 for comparing BLM protests (following the killing of George Floyd) with the racist EDL.
And he’s an anti vaxer. Ant Middleton is a t**t and a bully. Watch how Madeley fawns over him.”

Others were outraged at Richard giving Ant an easy ride when earlier he left a climate change protestor nearly crying with his questioning.
A fourth tweeted: “Would love to see Richard speaking to #AntMiddleton in same tone he used on activist, Miranda.”
Ant made headlines when he described BLM protesters as scum and urged people to break Covid lockdown rules.
He has been replaced on the UK’s SAS: Who Dares Wins by US Marines veteran Rudy Reyes.
Rudy, 50, quit the Marines in 2005 after seven years’ service including tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, then turned to TV and film acting work in the US.
In an exclusive chat with The Celeb Report, new chief instructor Rudy said life in the military was nothing compared to the drink and drugs hell his war traumas plunged him into.
He has also previously attacked his SAS predecessor Ant, saying he would not say “misogynistic things” and had more “decorum”.
