GOGGLEBOX viewers had their “minds blown” last night as a hilarious clip from The Apprentice played out just 24 hours after airing on the BBC.
Fans were stunned by how up to date this week’s show was as the telly lovers savaged Apprentice candidates for making a huge blunder in the latest task.
Their jaws were on the floor as the branding of a new baby food product appeared to read “First Time Dies”, rather than the intended “First Time Foodies”.
It was met with a very icy response from an Ocado buyer, who was stunned they hadn’t picked up on it.
And in the boardroom Lord Sugar was furious that neither team landed any sales so close to the series finale.
The wealthy peer even went as far as to describe the First Time Foodies product as “the worst” he’s seen in the show’s history.
It resulted in Akeem and Aaron being sent packing in a double elimination.
Now just four budding business stars remain: Stephanie Afflek, Kathryn Burn, Harpreet Kaur and Brittany Carter.
One Gogglebox viewer wrote on Twitter: “Gogglebox watching The Apprentice from less than 24 hours ago is blowing my tiny mind.”
A second posted: “Oh my God, Gogglebox are watching last nights Apprentice…”
Another was savvy enough to notice the Goggleboxers must have been provided with an advanced clip.
They wrote: “”They’re clearly not watching the full episode of The Apprentice on #Gogglebox as Karren had already mentioned the ‘First Time Dies’ issue by that point.”
