Ellie told her fans that her son Ezra had tongue tie which she sought private treatment for when he was three weeks old
She wrote about her breastfeeding journey with her baby son – who she shares with partner Nat Eddleston.
Ellie told her fans that her son Ezra had tongue tie which she sought private treatment for when he was three weeks old.
She continued: “By this point I’d developed a blocked duct and tried various methods to clear it but nothing worked.
“Eventually it turned into mastitis. I went to the GP who prescribed antibiotics but after 10 days, it turned into an abscess.”
Ellie went on to explain that abscess burst, as she continued: “I was in so much pain that I was crying.
“I was scared to feed off the affected boob and couldn’t get seen by my own GP.”
Posting from hospital with her son laying across her legs, Ellie shared that she’d been told to go to A&E and that she’d been referred to a breast clinic.
She added: “I didn’t want this to be the end of my breastfeeding journey, as I wasn’t ready to stop. I was proud of what I’d achieved so far.”
Luckily, Ellie made a recovery after a few weeks and says the abscess is “much better.”
She finished off by saying: “I plan to continue breastfeeding Ezra until we come to a natural end,” as she grinned for a smiling selfie with the tot.
Ellie was praised by fans for her lengthy post on her breastfeeding journey.

The Channel 4 star introduced her baby boy to fans during a Gogglebox episode.
Ellie held her son in the opening shots of the show.
