Sister shares joyous news
GOGGLEBOX star Josh Tapper is engaged to marry his long-term girlfriend – after popping the question in a room full of rose petals. His sister Amy shared the happy news with fans this evening – telling them she has now gained a sister.
Teenage sweethearts
Josh and Hannah are teenage sweethearts who have dated since they were around 17 years old. Sharing a snap of her brother, 26, and his partner Hannah flashing her ring, a delighted Amy wrote: "The phone call I’ve been waiting for and the best news in the entire world."
From TV to politics
The news comes just days after Josh revealed he had been selected as Labour’s parliamentary candidate for Hertsmere. Josh decided to swap the sofa for a career in politics back in 2017 when he took on an apprenticeship at No.10. He worked alongside then Prime Minister Theresa May and her cabinet.
Farewell to Gogglebox
The Tapper family – parents Nikki and Jonathan and children Josh and Amy – appeared on the show since it started back in 2013. In 2018, Amy shocked fans when she announced she was leaving to try and find love on Celebs Go Dating – and she has since become a social media star.
