A GOGGLEBOX star’s son has agreed that they look just like a PIE in a bizarre comparison that has gone viral on social media.
A fan of the show shared a photo of the “angry looking” food on a plate full of vegetables.
The initial tweet read: “When your pie f**king hates broccoli”, with one follower retweeting and adding: “Every time I see this just think of that dad off Gogglebox“.
It was quickly linked that he meant Tom Malone Snr, who is famed for his hilarious facial expressions.
The Twitter post made its way over to Instagram, where a user shared the pie alongside a snap of the patriarch – and his son Tom Jnr. agreed with the remark.
The popular dancer admitted in the comments: “It does looks like him to be fair 
”
More than 124,000 liked the post – with others sharing their bemused agreement at the comparison in the comment section.
The Malone family first joined Gogglebox in 2014 and quickly became fan favourites.
Tom Snr. and his wife Julie are joined by their beloved pet dogs as well as their children while shooting the show.
Tom Jnr. was a staple on the sofa beside his mum over the years, as well as his brother Shaun, but sensationally quit at the beginning of 2020.
However, his sister Vanessa is keeping his spot warm alongside rarely-seen sibling Lee.
