GOGGLEBOX star Izzi Warner showed off a look that Channel 4 viewers are not used to seeing after she completed a personal milestone.
The loveable TV personality showed that she is more than a couch potato after taking part in an incredibly impressive 10 mile run.

Izzi beamed down the lens of the camera as she took a post-run selfie as she held up her medal in the photo.
The Channel 4 favourite wrote in the caption: “Blew the cobwebs off this morning with my first ever 10 mile run 
.
“Absolutely buzzing with myself considering this time last year I wouldn’t of even run for a bus!”
Izzi also told her fans that she had signed up to a running club in order to pursue her new passion as she added a shoutout to them in the celebratory post.
She added: “Big love to all my running club family, who without I would of defo quit by now 
.
“Next stop half marathon.”
Her fellow telly watchers were quick to send in their congratulations including sister Ellie who commented: “Well done izzi! Super proud 
.”
David and Shirley Griffiths joked on their shared account: “Well done you, I couldn’t run a bath 
xx.”
As Daniel Lustig-Webb added: “Well done Izzi you’re an athlete

Izzi returned to screens on Friday night as a brand new series of the hit programme kicked off.
The Leeds-based sisters have been favourites on the show among fans with their hilarious antics and one-liners.
