Gordon Ramsay fans all have the same question about Future Food Stars – but can you spot why?

FANS of Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars are all asking the same cheeky question about the show’s title.

The BBC One series sees a lineup of food suppliers go head to head in endless cuisine challenges and kicked off at the start of April.

Gordon’s show is now on its fifth epsiode

This week’s episode saw Gordon sending his contenders deep underground in a terrifying challenge.

As the show aired, fans came to a realisation about the acronym of its title.

Future Food Stars is often shortened to FFS on social media, which of course can be taken to mean another, very rude, thing.

Gordon’s fans have previously complained that they miss the spicy language choices typically used by the professional chef.

He’s toned down his swearing for the BBC show, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Many are now asking whether or not the FFS acronym was done deliberately.

One viewer wrote on Twitter: “The acronym of the show being #FFS you did that un purpose? @GordonRamsay#FutureFoodStars“

Another agreed: “I just love how the acronym for #FutureFoodStars is #FFS … Now THAT is very on brand @GordonRamsay“.

As another chimed in, asking the chef himself: “Okay, Chef Ramsay, real talk: did you only name it #futurefoodstars because the acronym would be #ffs ?

“Because that’s the kind of attention to detail I appreciate in my foul-mouthed, humorous chefs.”
