Grand Designs, the popular Channel 4 show, returned this week with presenter Kevin McCloud meeting couple Rosa and Craig. The couple's ambitious project involved transforming a disused railway reservoir in the Wye Valley into a unique living space. While Rosa works as an audiologist and Craig as a skydiving instructor, Rosa also shares her passion for fitness on Instagram.
Glamorous Gym Wear and Swimwear
Rosa's Instagram showcases her incredible figure, featuring photos of her wearing black pants and a cropped white gym top. She also shares snapshots of herself in various swimwear, including a stunning black and white low-cut swimsuit.
A Luxury Family Trip to Dubai
Amongst the fitness photos, Rosa also shared a picture from a family vacation to the luxurious Atlantis Hotel in Dubai. The photo captures Rosa, Craig, and their adorable son Leo in front of the hotel's impressive aquarium, with Rosa donning a strapless colorful dress.
Overcoming Financial Hurdles and Delays
Despite their stylish Instagram presence, the couple faced numerous challenges during the build. Originally setting a budget of £700,000 and planning to borrow £500,000, they soon realized that the building work alone would cost over £700,000. To compromise, they negotiated a construction price of £950,000, but they still ran into financial problems and had to borrow an additional £80,000 from the bank. In the end, the project took four years to complete, three more than originally planned, and the eventual cost totaled £1.2 million.
