HAPPY Valley star James Norton has teased all on the much-anticipated season finale of the hit BBC drama Happy Valley.
Fans have been gripped to their seats every week as the third series of the iconic BBC show plays on.

It has left viewers on tenterhooks each week at the many twists and turns around every corner.
Viewers watched on in horror during the latest episode as evil villain Tommy Lee Royce, played by James Norton, escaped from court as his son Ryan (Rhys Connah) watched on.
The ending of the show is being kept a tightly guarded secret and it is believed that only James and his co-star Sarah Lancashire are the only two to have been handed the final scripts for the episode.
James has told fans to expect and emotional finale and added the programme, which will be extended for its final outing, will defy ‘all expectations’.
The actor teased: “Everyone I’ve spoken to who has read it is like ‘phew’. It’s just great.
“It’s Sally [Wainwright] letting rip in her wonderful way. Going against expectation, but also giving you what you want. I loved reading it.”
The show first aired in 2014 before retuning 18 months later for a second outing but fans have had to wait a collosal seven years to view the third series in which little Ryan has grown up and chnaged significantly.
Adding of the show’s end, James told The Mirror: “There’s also a little bit of melancholy tinge there because it’s the end of a very significant chapter for everyone.”
Viewers have lauded Tommy as the ‘perfect villain’ as it remains to be seen just what will happen next.
With him on the run from court, fans have predicted an epic showdown between him and Catherine Cawood is imminent.
James added of his acclaimed role: “I think people change in seven years, Tommy obviously has a lot of trauma. We’ve looked a lot into his mental health and what it is that drives him forward.
“Tommy has moved on and grown and matured, and in some ways has calmed. He has this Jesus complex. He’s a new man.
“There’s this other side of it where you feel kind of invincible because he doesn’t care what people think about him.
“There’s something incredibly empowering about that playing the bad man – intriguing, always playing the kind of subversive dark criminal mind.”
