Mum of three Helen — who played Rosie Webster in the ITV soap – removed her engagement ring in September.
Now she has poked fun at her newly-single status in a hilarious TikTok video.
With the caption: “How to lose a guy in 10 days?” referencing the iconic chick flick, it added: “Be myself the week before my period.”
The scenes then showed Helen clutching tampons and a huge bar of chocolate as she danced around in her pyjamas.
Playing the role, she flashed a huge smile as she boogied in her bedroom.
The soap star’s video comes after her sad split from her long-time partner.
Helen and Bristol Rovers footballer Scott started dating in 2009 and have three children together.
The pair are parents to Charlie, one, Matilda, six, and Delilah, aged three.
She and Scott got engaged in 2018 and were to marry in 2024.
Insiders later revealed how the Bury-born star panicked their relationship was doomed after her ring broke.
Recently, Helen admitted she was “bored” on nights alone after putting her three kids to bed.
Yet she has been delighting fans with stylish snaps in her abs-flashing gym gear.
Last month, the soap favourite put up her Christmas tree to inject some premature festive spirit into her home while also re-vamping her bedroom.
Previously, her ex Scott’s fans told the sportsman they hoped he and Helen could work through their issues.
After their sad split, a source exclusively told The Celeb Report: “Helen has removed her engagement ring and told those close to her that she is no longer with Scott.
“They hit a rough patch in the summer and after she came back from South Africa their relationship ended.
“Helen and Scott are committed to co-parenting their kids, even if they are no longer a couple.”
In May she revealed that the pair had not shared a bed for seven years — with Helen choosing to sleep with her children.
