HELEN Flanagan has said she’s still in pain after her secret boob job earlier this month.
The Coronation Street star revealed she had the surgery to boost her confidence.

She took to Instagram to share more details from her post-op recovery with fans, after confessing she can’t carry her son yet.
Helen, 32, shared: “Just went just to do the food shop. Been feeling good this morning, and them I’m not used to obviously walking around, and then they started to feel painful.
“I’ve just come home now and trying to have a chill and catching up on emails.”
Helen admitted she felt “nervous” to document her surgery, but told fans she decided to have an uplift to improve her confidence.
The soap star was unfortunately reluctant to share due to negative comments in the past.
Helen said: “I like to share my life on here, I like to be as honest as I can I was nervous because people can be unkind.
“I’m very much for you know, supporting other women in the choices that they decide to do and supporting other women.”
Helen shares her three kids Matilda, seven, Delilah, four and 18-month-old Charlie with ex fiancé Scott Sinclair.
Helen called time on her 13-year relationship with Scott last October.
It comes as a record number of women are suffering pain after having false breast implants.
