The mum-of-three showed off her figure in an eye-catching blue shorts and bralette set.
Helen had a breast enhancement at the end of 2022 to mark a “new start” following her split from fiancé Scott after 13 years in October.
The star said the surgery – which she revealed in January, gave her “more confidence” after breastfeeding her three children left her chest feeling “saggy”.
She insisted: “I think if something really is bothering you, then I think, you know, it’s a good thing to do something about it.”
